Thanks for posting this dump. Please note: it's not an ECAM 23.210 but an ECAM 23.120 machine ;-) Furthermore, normally it's enough to give a factory reset = erasing the EEPROM memory part of the MCU. Updating the firmware is not necessary.

Zieh mal den Kabel von BG Motor oder Keramikventil, kann sein das da einen Kurzschluss ist.

Was the number of your original pcb also 5213221511 (sticker), are you sure? Yes, the PicKit should connect to it without any problem.

Aren't you combining a wrong power pcb with the wrong display pcb? I thought the "5213221511" power pcb was for an ECAM35x.xx and not for an ESAM3500/4500... Whereas the "5213214941" display pcb is indeed for an ESAM3500/4500. Did this combination really work well before ?! I can't imagine that...

And after that, you could not access the PIC controller anymore using the PicKit? Or have you not tried that?
