Problem with pump Siemens TC55002/01 (pump is not defect !!)

Hello,

I' ve got a problem with a Siemens TC55002/01 machine. When I turn the machine on the water pump is not working.

Everything else is working but the central system (TK97AV1-2) is not sending power to the pump. The pump itself is working correct (checked it with 220V). Can anybody tell me what component I have to replace ???

Hi,

The attachment shows a scheme of the pump circuit. The voltage for the pump will be switched by the triac T10.
This triac is probably defective or it does not get the proper gate-signal for switching. The gate-signal is sent by the microprocessor via a 220 Ohm resistor.
The names in the drawing may be different on your board. The diode 1N4006 is nowadays integrated in the pump.
