Incanto rondo

Hello,
I would like to submit my problem, I have a incanto rondo with a P118-cprv04 electronic card.
For a few days the water pump works very slowly, after some checks I saw the voltage at 130volts at the pump
Have you ever met this pb? do you know wich electronic component is wrong?

Hi Mat,

inside some pumps there is a diode so maybe your measurement is not correct.
But anyway if the pump is quiet that is a descaling problem. Please open the Watersystem after the pump and check the flow. If it is correct check the next part aso.
But at first i recommendate a strong descaling procedure.

Hello!

Thank you for your advice, I also thought it was a problem of scaling, the symptoms are identical. But I connected the pump directly with 220v circuit and all the water drains properly. That's why I was thinking about a problem of electronic.

Hi Mat,

the pump is regulated by the electronic, so it is possible that there are no 220V. Pls make a descaling and the problem went away ( i hope...)
