My machine isn't working. D1,D2 and D3 are damaged. What value are these elements? I can't find them.

cant read others, maybe Zener-diodes 5P1 is 5,1V Zener.

But if they all are defective there may be some more wrong on it!!!

You're right, it's a Zener diode. What is the type of board. Procond Elettronica 3560258049, google finds nothing
