It's my first post on this forum so I'll like to say Hello to everyone

I'll do my best to describe the problem that i have with my coffee machine, and maybe someone can help me or point me into the right direction on what's broken, any help will be highly appreciate it.

When I power on the machine with the dreg drawer inserted and the BG closed it won't start, the lcd turns off.
If i open the BG door or I unplug the dreg drawer then it starts (if i press any key the buzzer it`s silent) but as soon I close both of them the machine shuts off.

Any suggestions?
Does someone have the electronic schematic of the board?

you could try to change the elko in the power section, somewhat about 470µF/35V.

Ich werde mein Bestes tun, um das Problem zu beschreiben, das ich mit meiner Kaffeemaschine habe, und vielleicht kann mir jemand helfen oder mir in die richtige Richtung zeigen, was defekt ist, jede Hilfe wird sehr geschätzt.

Wenn ich das Gerät mit eingesetztem Satzbehälter und geschlossener BG einschalte, startet sie nicht, die LCD-Anzeige schaltet sich aus.
Wenn ich die BG-Türe öffne oder den Satzbehälter entferne dann startet sie (wenn ich irgendeine Taste drücke ist der Summer still) aber sobald ich beide schließe schaltet das Gerät ab.

Danke. Ich denke es gibt ein massives Problem in der Spannungsversorgung. Er muss zuerst schauen ob der BG Motor mit 24V DC sauber arbeitet. Wenn Satzbehälter und Türe da sind will die Maschine die BG bewegen. Wenn da ein Kurzschluss am Motor ist, bricht alles zusammen. Er kann auch im Testmodus starten und alle Funktionen einzeln testen. Dazu etwa 2 Sekunden nach Start das X eintippen. Unten rechts beginnen. Anleitung findet er im Netz.

I removed the engine pins from the connector. It does not matter if BG engine connected or disconnected.
From service menu, it shows 0mA torque and the engine does not move. (Don't know if it matters, but I had to keep the BG door open for this test)

I changed the elko, didn't fix the problem

one more thing that I noticed.
when I close the door and insert drawer, it makes a repetitive clicking sound(like a relay does but more quieter) and the VN770K heats up.

Eine weitere Sache, die ich bemerkte.
Wenn ich die Tür schließt und die Schublade einsetzt, macht es ein wiederholtes Klickgeräusch (wie ein Relais zwar, aber leiser) und das VN770K heizt auf.

Sicher der vn defekt. Es ist der Motortreiber für die BG. Ich denke ein Fet da drinne ist defekt und wenn die BG fahren soll gibt es Kurzschluss. Messe oben am Stecker der zur Motoreinheit geht, ob du auch 34 Ohm Widerstand messen kannst. Nicht das dein Problem im Kabelbaum liegt!

Then change the BG-driver, we suppose it is a FET-power transistor that maybe makes a short circuit. Take it out, then the machine should start normal even with inserted dreg drawer and closed door, only you will get a BG-motor-failure.

The cables are ok now(I had a sort-circuit on two wires from the BG switches).. so i`m guessing that was the cause of the problem
I will remove the BG-driver and see what happens.

Die Kabel sind jetzt ok (ich hatte einen Sortierkreis auf zwei Drähten von den BG-Schaltern) .. so dass ich vermute, dass war die Ursache des Problems
