Hi guys,
I'm new here, and I hope that I'm in a right section.
My Primea Touch Plus was broken - again the water pump - and when I got it back from service, I just started it up and it worked fine. Now when I try making a coffee with milk in it, I straight away sends me to the cleaning process! I can make coffee without milk in the process, but if the milk has to be added to coffee, it won't even grind coffee!
Now the problem is that I'm in Ireland, and there is no service here! So I have to ship it to other country. I don't want to do this, and first I wanted to ask you guys, if there is a way to fix it? Maybe some wires are not connected? Maybe someone already had that happend to him and knows how to fix it? Please guys help!!!
