can somebody help me with this issue:
I put the power on and the machine stays on "ventilate" and is not changing to "ready"

Hi,

Try to prime the water circuit manually .... http://www.partsguru.com/user/Priming pump.pdf ....
The pump runs into problems if the tubes contain to much air.
The error message ist generated by the flowmeter. Cleaning the flowmeter could solve the problem if priming is not successfull.

How do you clean the flowmeter?

Thank you very much for your help. I will try this. The machine is new we only made 2 coffees

the flowmeter can be opened and cleaned .....

In a new machine insufficient pump priming is probably the main fault. Try to remove the tank-filter and test again. The filter could prevent the needed water flow.
