Hello Everyone,

We have the Saeco Easy Machine below:

We are having trouble with the steam, it will not froth the milk fast enough and cooks the milk. In the past we took the machine in for service to have them clean it out. The problem is that calcium and minerals build up and clog the steam system. We do the regular maintenance with the Saeco solution to de-scale, but overtime we need this service performed.

We would like to know how to do this ourselves. You can respond in English or Italian, any help is greatly appreciated.

Use descaler based on sulfamic acid, and they will have less problems!

This is the one we always use. It contains sulfamic acid, any other suggestions?

I should also mention, when we use the steam we get alot of water come out. Before we would only get steam, now we get water also. Below is the diagram, any ideas what i could be?
