Frage Saeco Incanto Sirius Brewunit blocked

I have Incanto Sirius and this is the problem:

When self test is performed, the BrewGroup moved all the way up, very, very sloooooow, then on the way back to 0 position, it stops and message appears: brewunit blocked. I taught it was the Brew gear motor, and replaced, had one laying around, but still same problem.

Hi

The problem is the voltage regulation of the brew gear motor. Usually the power transistor BD 245 C/TIP 33C and the Zener diode is broken. Replace both.

Both are normal electronic parts that can be bought in any good E-shop. If you are living in the USA ... go to Tandy.
Sorry, I forgot to mention the Zener diode is a ZD 33V / 1,3 watt ..... X_5603.Sirius_Getriebemotor_2x_
