I have a Saeco Italia Digital Starbucks model. Machine comes on normal, however will never heat up. I have checked all the thermal fuses, exchanged the thermal block, temperature sensor, and thermostat from a functioning machine also. It still will not heat up. I was told it was the control board. Does anyone know where to purchase cheap or used? Its is a North American voltage, model number is SUP021YDR. If anyone knows a way to repair it please post. Thank you.

i understand your problem and want to help you. I hope you can read my answer, but as man from the Bavarian Forest is it not easy for me to answer you. I think you have a problem with the electronic control of the machine. Our specialist for this is Harry "hmilbradt", he helps if it is possible for him. I am sorry, but my Italian is better than my English knowledge .
