Elektronik Saeco Royal Cappucino

First, sorry that i'm talking english. But I can't speak German, and this is the best forum for saeco support.

I have an Saeco Royal Cappucino, it's been standing at my home for a long time, but it has never been used. So it's still brand new. But it doesn't work. When I plug it in, the display lights up, but it isn't showing any text. It is only showing a little blinking cursor. The machine also doesn't react when I push any buttons...

Any ideas?

Hi,

If the display controller initializes the display should show this picture ... KeineDaten .... Probably neither the display controller nor the main CPU is booting.
Check the 5 VDC power supply .... X_M6AV10-5VDC .... does it produce stable 5 VDC ??
