Hi all,
Does anyone know how to adjust the water temperature on a AEG CaFamosa?

Probably only with electrical modification in the temperature sensing circuit.
But, there are much different models of CaFamosa from different manufacturers,.
So, if there are further questions, please write down the model number from the rating plate.

It is a CF-100

okay, then its a clone of jura-capresso e-series machines with its same inners.
It has no temperature adjustment mode, therefore modification is the only way.

The sensor is an NTC thermistor, so you can make some resistance measurements around the desired temperature to calculate a correction resistor, either in series to raise or in parallel to lower the temperature.
