Delonghi Magnifica Evo not frothing the milk

Hello , i have a new(1 month used) Deloghi Magnifica Evo machine with milk foam issue.
The masine doesn't froth the milk only hot milk is coming out from carafe.
Does someone have this issue and got a solution?

I don't know how is possible but the problem is with the milk carafe, I ordered a new one and now the foam is ok.
Problem is that i saw many people had this issue with this model .
