Erste Frage: wenn jemand helfen kann den Fehler zu finden in Englisch?
Ich sah durch dieses Forum und die Themen erläutert durch translate.google aber ich kann nicht überprüfen, die Übersetzung, weil ich ein bisschen Deutsch kennen.
Description:
I got Vienna from my work - it has failure - red diode flashed and doesn't stopped after typical cleaning.
They bought new one, and I took this second hand coffee maker.
I tried to investigate what happend.
After switch on, boiler started to getting hot, steam was working, switch on diode lights, after pushing switch to make coffe, it started to grind coffe (mahlen). Then stops i think that I heard water pump, but after few seconds the red light started to flash (and it was flashing pretty fast - about 0,5s).
I took "Bruhgruppe" out, and inside was a portion of wet grind (mahlen) coffee.
First I though that maybe Vienna wasn't cleaned and somwhere in connections or in water pump is stone. So I disasembled connections, and water pumpe - I disamebled only what I could without forcing - cause at that moment I didn't had instructions / manauals..etc. But I tdidn't saw stone. So I mounted it and started to read in forums what could happen.
1. I read that TIP33 could be damaged so I replace him, nothing happen
2. On Your forum someone with similar problem (red diode flashes) got information that should at first check the microswitches. So I started to find them and I checked every exept this which are inside "getriebe of bruehgruppe"and microswitch of "dosierklappe" the rest was Ok.
3. When I pushed microswitch in the middle of Vienna - normally it is pushed by "bruehgruppe" when is operating - it was first time that exept grind (mahlen) also I heard that mechanism ( getribe of bruehgruppe) was working and was trying to set up "bruehgruppe". Unfortunatnely after this noise red diode started to flash and again I got back to the same situation - wet grind coffee inside bruehgruppe and no espresso
4. I red that in Vienna sometimes "dosierklappe" is blocking, so I dissasembled this unit and checked.
I checked this microswitch also, and on my mulitemter I saw that it not work always. I was happy and try to clean the switch by "cleanser" for potentiometers. Because I was not sure if this work (I saw that my multimeter has cables almost damaged) so I decided to make a bridge on this switch when I will push switch for making coffee. When I did it, I saw the flash in electronic card, and my Vienna was dead.
SO I didn't reapir my Vienna and make it much worse...
Reapiring of Electronic card M5AV1-13:
1. What blows? : L3, C10, IC1, D15, D18, R54,
2. T10, D10, D14. makes short circuit.
3. I repalced all of damaged parts, where I couldn't identify I took information from pdf file from Your forum where is description of M5AV1-8. It is preety the same electronic card
I made also measurements:
JP1 56 ohm
JP2 3300 ohm
JP3 1,93 kOhm
JP8 - yellow-yelow 121 ohm
- blue- red 24 ohm
JP12 with JP10 50 ohm
Current situation:
- power on, red diode flash ( frequently about 0,5s)
- steam - when I push the button, green diode doesn't flash, but when I open valve little steam I can get, but no noise from water pump.
- coffe - green diode doesn't flash.
I found information that for this type service mode is available and I can checked what is the problem. But I don't know if I made everything o.k. - because of translation from translate.google
1. Vienna is switched off, I push both switches for coffee and steam and I push power on. Every green diodes flash. I take of hand from coffee and steam switches. Only green diode from "switching on" is still lights ( on picture I saw that also this one from coffee is lightning so I don't know if I'm in service mode).
In this mode red diode is not flashing. I tried to make first checks from Testmodus Vienna so I push steam switch and rotate potentiometer in clokwise slowly. When I am in the middle the red diode starts to flash. I checked that it is the same even if I don't push steam switch, or also when I'm push coffe switch in the same time with rotating the potentiometer.
So. It seems that electronic card should have some additional failures after my short circuit, cause now even muhle doesn't work. DO You have idea what could be wrong in electronic card and why before machine didn't make coffee ( I'm wondering about that maybe from the begining there was problem with getriebe of bruehgruppe - but now for sure there is still problem with electronic card)
