Got error 3 and 4.
In test mode motor working but with BU values are around 130 mA and without BU 70-80mA does it mean motor is weak?

Ich denke eher die Brühgruppe ist schwergängig und der Mikroschalter im Getriebe ist eventuell defekt.
Brühgruppe auseinanderbauen, reinigen und mit neuen Dichtungen wieder zusammenbauen.
Alle Dichtungen leicht mit Siliconfett einschmieren.
Anleitungen zum zerlegen der Brühgruppe gibt es im Internet genug. Ist bei fast allen Saeco/ Philips maschinen identisch.

I rather think the brewing group is stiff and the microswitch in the gearbox may be defective.
Disassemble the brew group, clean and reassemble with new gaskets.
Lightly lubricate all seals with silicone grease.
There are enough instructions on the internet for disassembling the brew group. Is the same for almost all Saeco/ Philips machines.

yes but I tried with another new brew unit and stays the same, also the gear is moving but the values I get are low 70 instead off less 200 and 130 instead of less 300 that is why I thought the motor is weak

Es ist zu 99,9% der Microschalter am Zahnrad defekt.

Not in this case, problem was with motor as I replaced microswitch it did not help . when motor replaced problem gone

Das Problem ist ja selbst für Blinde gut zu erkennen ;-)

Das ursprüngliche Problem kann ich aber nicht erkennen, der verrostet nicht von alleine, da ist wohl wo Wasser im Spiel wo es nicht hingehören tut!

But I can't see the original problem, it doesn't rust by itself, there's probably water in there where it doesn't belong!

but all the rest is dry although the screws of the BLK PIN FOR BOILER VALVE 4BAR ASSY were rusted too
