So sorry, to better describe my problem I will write in English. Have you solution for problem singed as error code 19?

I have Talea Ring. After turning on it pums the water stright from the supply to the waste tray ONLY. (

Hi,

Error 19 describes a 'zero voltage crossing failure'. The microprozessor is supposed to watch the mains power supply. It needs a 100 Hz-Signal (mains operates with 50 Hz) or 120 Hz-Signal (mains operates with 60 Hz). This signal is used to trigger the triacs exactly at zero voltage crossing. Investigate the circuit shown on the photo of the appendix.

Can it be fixed without opening? I had this trouble before but after unplugin for about 5 min's it came to previous condition. Not this time
