Gaggia Titanium - Coffee beans empty

Hi
I get message coffee beans empty , when touching the quantity knob it start the brewing process no matter what is the quantity
checked and replace microswitch did not affect this.
after cleaning and calibrating the grinder almost on the coarser side 10-12 marking on grinder setting
brewing is very slow coffee cake is quite firm
