Hi All,

I would like to ask you if someone could clear one thing for me. Today I get on my Primea Touch Plus message on display "please restart the machine" what happened here or what is causing this?

Hi,

Your machine did not initialize the CPU into the proper oprerating state. It could be either the software crashed or the selftest found a problem. Switching off and on creates a new reset pulse for the CPU.

thank you for reply, could you please also tell me for what there are jumpers on CPU board? What will happen when I will close them?

Since Saeco does not publish technical service manuals. We have to find out by trial and error.
Could you upload a picture of the CPU board ?
