Hello everybody.
Last effort before I send it in the bin.
My coffee has little to no crema, I have tried all types of coffee and even pre-ground them.
I've tried large cans with a high temperature of 172°F and fine grinding.
I replaced the brewing unit with a new one (it has a different SBS valve (crema valve), it no longer uses a ball and spring).
It flows well with a large coffee that takes 30 seconds from the first drop.
I scale if it asks.
help please

I descale when it asks.
