Hello,
Can anyone give me information on the autocalibration of the Saeco SM8785/00 Xelsis Deluxe? How it works and how the Bean Miestro software works?

It is a new unit for us. It took half a bag of beans to get good coffee. We switched beans and it is like we started over with water tasting coffee (the pucks are formed correctly). We are almost to the 3rd hopper full and the coffee is slowly getting better. How can we speed up this process? It makes me not want to change beans ever. Thank you for your help.
