Hello, I have a Siemens coffee machine, nothing works in test mode, can't test grinder, heater, pump, can't see NTC information.

Turn machine on but do not see water sensor.

Then it says "Please cool down machine"

I have thermal vision and can see heating in one spot above 45°C

The thermal image may not be accurate.

what should i check? Any ideas ?

"Please cool down" can mean anything with a Siemens coffee machine, unfortunately.
Recently I had the same error message, caused by a bad switch of the infuser door (!)
