SM7684/04 "close bean lid"

Hello, my SM7684/04 (US model) will not work because the bean lid sensor is not working. Does anyone have the service manual for this machine? It's a US model, I don't think that the European models have this sensor for the bean lid. Maybe Saeco figured that Americans are stupid enough to stick their fingers in the grinder while grinding coffee beans.

So the European machines also have this sensor as long as the auger can be reached with the fingers. Check if the magnet in the lid is still there, one might fall out.
