system2 wil not start help

hallo ,
i have a problem,
whan i put on my saeco royal it will not go pass,warming up.and if i close system 2 it will go till it says ready for use,but than i dont have any steam for the hot milk.
can you help me please.
i have put in a new bioler but still no system2.the bioler stays coold,is ther a way to test it or do i have to replace somthing or look for a defeckt.

Hi,

There are 4 points, you have to check....

1.-- has the heating element of the boiler a resistance of 50 Ohm ??
2.-- does the heater get a voltage of 230 V or 120 V (dependent where you live) ??
3.-- does the triac switch operate properly ?? its a BTA12-700SW fixed to the big cooling element.
4. -- does the KTY10 in the temperature probe follow the proper resistance line ??

-- minus 50° C ------------ ca. 1000 Ohm

---- 0 ° C -------------- 1629 Ohm
----15 ° C -------------- 1845 Ohm
---- 20 °C -------------- 1922 Ohm
-----40 °C---------------2246 Ohm
-----90 °C---------------3168 Ohm
-----96 °C---------------3246 Ohm
----100 °C--------------3366 Ohm
