Board Saeco IG 1.9.30.168.00_V04
Help me to program new MC9S08AW48 (old is damaged)
USBDM programmer is detect MC9S08AW48, but I have not flash dump.
I am have USBDM programmer, all programs are installed (Flash Programmer, USB Memory Dump and CW)
I am find same flash dump, but if I try to program MC9S08AW48, in Flash Programmer next error— wrong size.

First be sure that you are able to make a dump in the right way and program the chip correctly. So that all settings in the program are ok.

Just use the empty MC9S08AW48 and make a dump using 'USBDM Memory Dump'.
Try to flash this dump with 'Flash Programmer', does that work well? Without any error? Also verifying (comparison of dump with actual chip content) goes without an error?
You might have selected the wrong memory area for instance.

Nur der übersichthalber denn wer sucht schon Saeco Controller Beiträge bei Delonghi PIC-Controller.

Have you seen your own dump has a very different size?
If you're sure you have selected the right memory area, then the dump that gives you problems must be for a different chip I assume.
