Bought Board from germany but no response

Yup, flow meter is shot, i have an old saeco profimat laying around, I'll swap it out,
i plugged in a plastic on and the the machine seemed to be working,
what else is 5vdc on that machine? could be blown as well...

Hi,

The total CPU-board and its periphals are based on 5 VDC. Test each one. The short could have influenced them too.
The old flowmeter may be repaired. All you need is a new Hallswitch of the proper brand.

only thing not working as far as i know is the steamer, but I forgot where to plug in 2 wires,
they're on top of the power board, jp5 jp6 and jp9 are the options, which of the three shouldn't be used, and which wire goes where on the other 2? I'll get the flow meter replaced and check where i am then,

Hi,

JP5 - white cable goes to the steam Heater
JP9 - white cable goes to the hot water heater
JP6 -- (left side of the board) ... waterpump and e-valves.

Ok, got it away from ventilate, put it together, started it up, said warming up a little longer then usual,
made first cup of coffee and it was very hot, steaming mostly, then slowly colder as i tried to purge the bubbles out of the system, now it's staying on warming up, but steamer works fine,
so i'm thinking there must be a bad thermostat or something with the power board, what would you suggest?

Ok, all good, i had the 2 green plugins plugged in backwards on the cpu board,
coffee bar heated up, temp looks perfect, steaming fine, thanks so much Harry
grinder even works which was the reason I came to this forum, so i think initially before i got that short in the system the cpu board was faulty, probably would've had to replace it anyways,
