If you remove the boards there may a be more problems than before....... It is possible to bypass one or both of the triacs for the grinder but if you make a little mistake the board is damaged....

See the picture from "advocat" at post #3 - there 2 big white resistors - one smaller 1,5 Ohm (left side) and one bigger 4,7 Ohm (right side). Maybe the value is different because your machine is operated with 120VAC. Is it possible to attach an image of your pcb-boards?

The grinder needs about 100V DC so you can't check it with mains voltage (AC). As you told me the machine worked fine until you opened it and cleaned it by air. Is it possible that you damaged one of the big white resistors?

Please repeat: Which resistance did you measure at the grinder motor? I think about 20 Ohm (Your machine is a 120V-type)? Which voltage you can measure on "JP2" while the grinder is activated?

You can see the "3" in the upper line only, if the dosing champer is filled which is only possible if the grinder is working. Only if the "3" is pemanently displayed the grinder will not work.

Does the dosing feeder work in the test mode? Does the feedback of the dosing switch work?

Tausche BD245C bzw. TIP33C (entweder ist der eine ODER der andere verbaut) UND die Zenerdiode 33V 1,3W zusammen aus. Löse die Schraube, knips die Beine des alten Transistors ab und löte die Beine einzeln aus. Achte auf die Polung der Zenerdiode!

If this values have the unit "kOhm" it seems to be ok but it is the first of two necessary measurements. Now short A2 + Gate together and measure the resistance against A1.
