Hello rettaps,
sorry for my bad english but in this case we can't help you.
I think, you must send again an e-mail to the seller to get a information when he send the parcel to you. He has a speciality shop for withe goods an so should it require a fortnight to send your parcel to you (we have christmastime).

Hi rettaps,

I just talked with Dieter Ohlig on phone (06174-2568129). He was familiar with the details of your order and told me: I mailed the registered parcel 7 days ago via DHL (german post office).
I think, you will receice this parcel in a few days. If not, write a new posting in the forum, please.

regards
Harry

I dunno why he didn't reply my emails,
I saw he was a good seller, but still i wanted to know whats going on,
I just wonder what DHL will do with the box since they quit delivering to USA.

Hi all, Board came today, put it in and it still doesn't power on,
everytime i shut the brewgroup door, something flashes on your right hand side for a split second,
then blank, no light flashing, just black,
i dunno if he sold me a bad board, or if there's something wrong with the power board,
the board he sent me doesn't look new, looks like it's been sitting somewhere for a long time, it's a
year 2002 board, but looks identical to mine, but older,

Hi!
Could it be, the current Power you have is 110V? The board ist from europe and it will need 230V.

Statement of rettaps in this thread ..... http://www.saeco-support-forum.de/r...-bar-skipping-grinding-mode-when-brewing.html

Ok, i changed out the Zener diodes, but the machine still doesn't power on,
but i switched the cpu board from an exclusive and it powered right up,
so the power board works fine, but do i need a new CPU or do i need a whole new board including the
display? anyone know?
Hi rettaps,

The ad says, its a M6BV1-7 you ordered. This board is entirely compatible with the power board M6AV10. The same board combination works fine in a Royal Digital/Exclusive (with a different program version). Why don't you try to change CPUs ...... they are socketed .....
1. ..... place your old CPU onto the exclusive board ....
2. ..... place the CPU you just bought onto the exclusive board ....
Test both setups with your power board M6AV10 and tell us what happened.

Harry

Ok, heres what i did,
I used the board i got last night, with the cpu and everything, didn't work,
So i put the exclusives LCD on the board and it powered right up,
However, i have another issue now, it's on ventilate at all times, pump is pumping very strong,
but the Flow meter is staying on 0 no matter what i do, i ran 2 tanks water through and nothing changed.
Also when i turn on the steam knob no steam, and i don't hear the pulsing inside the machine,
I'm thinking the flow meter not showing anything, being on 0 could be related to both these issues.
Let me know what you think,

Hi,

The flowmeter should be connected with JP8.

it's connected like it was before i took the machine apart, i had everything marked,
think it's possible that the flow meter got part of the overcurrent? or maybe the something wrong with the
power board?

Hi,

It's possible that each 5 VDC peripheral could have been damaged by the short on the 5 VDC power line. The Hallsensor in the flowmeter works with 5 VDC .....
you will find a diagram and a test procedure in this PDF-File ....... Das Flowmeter ---- Autor: Saeco-Bastler

I can't find that flow meter in the machine, it's a coffee bar, and the flow meter it has is a big brass block
with a in and a out, could you give me the basics how i would test that the flow meter is ok?
Maybe it's in the diagram you sent me in german, but i'm not very good at german, can make some out, but not good enough.

Hi,

Well, I have never seen this one. Anyway the function ist the same ... see attached diagram ... the internal Hallswitch uses a NPN-open collector output transistor and a 5 VDC power connection. The voltage on the yellow signal line is 5 VDC most of the time the turbine wheel rotates. Only when the small magnet on the wheel passes the branded side of the Hallswitch the voltage drops to GND ceating a rectangle wave. The microprocessor counts these pulses.
Test the output for negative going pulses.

Harry
