hm das sagt uns, das die elektronik oki ist und technisch sollte es wohl auch oki sein, entweder macht er einen bedienungsfehler oder es ist doch n kabel abgegammelt siehe mein foto von vorher, das hab ich mit dem roten kabelverbinder geflickt, das die steuerungsmechanik hin ist glaub ich weniger
könnte noch der schalter ansich sein oder er hat nicht alles gebrückt, linker türschalter, brühgruppe nicht richtig eingesetzt und/oder irgendwas schaltet nicht ich tippe schwer auf das gammelkabel so wie die maschine aussieht wirds schon modrig da drin

- die Scheibe auf seinem Foto ist so wie auf Deinem

<<da wird der hund begraben sein ich mußte die scheibe auchn bisschen nachdrehen damit der schalter schaltet ,viel kann es ja nimmer sein es ist nur noch ne kleinigkerit *grübel*

Hello Luigi,

it seems that there is only a little fault left - "bikermaex" says:

- electronic circuit works so far
- maybe a little wrong step in your "operating - procedure"
- a broken wire (see his photo - he fixed one....)

- maybe you didn't manipulate the left door position switch the right way
- maybe the brewing unit is not in proper position

- his first point of view would be bad (broken) wires
- his second to move the disc a little bit more......so that both switches will operate proper.

He is absolute sure, it will be only a very small reason !

one more information from "bikermaex" which i forgot (sorry)
the lower switch is for the "home position"
the other for "brewing position"

Hello everybody,

I descovered witch is the right position for mecanic timer.

Now the machine work but the resistor 100 ohm in the pcb burn always.

Now the machine start it take all fases: grind, put coffe in the brewgroup, take water and expeled coffe used.

But dont stop the water automatcly because the pcb don't work. I must stop manually.

Where does the 100 Ohm resistor lead from and to ?
Is it connected to an external part ?

Hi Luigi,

I check all parts of machine and I found 3 components of electronics circuit burns. 2 diode zener (C6V2 and C15PH) and power resistor (100 ohm)

I changed these and check all others components, but the machine don't start yet and when use the grip to exit hot water, this component still burn.

- Did you check the black rectifier diode on the left side ?
- Did you check the electrolytic capacitors ?
- Did you replace all parts and put in both zener-diodes the right way ?
- Which voltage is supplied to the 100 Ohm resistor ?

with red color my answer:

- Did you check the black rectifier diode on the left side ?Yes, I changed all components.
- Did you check the electrolytic capacitors ?Yes, I changed all components.
- Did you replace all parts and put in both zener-diodes the right way ? I hope, before to change I disegn the position of components. I hope haven't mistake. Can you or ask at Bikermaex , to check? I publish the disegn.
- Which voltage is supplied to the 100 Ohm resistor ? 220 ACV

Where does the 100 Ohm resistor lead from and to ? It connected from D1 and a lot of components in the PCB (see DRAW)
Is it connected to an external part ?D1 is connected with a wire of 220ACV

Hi Luigi,

i am quite sure, that the circuit can not be supplied DIRECT with 230VAC without been destroyed:

peak: I = U/R = (230-15)V / 100 Ohm = 2,15 A !!!!! (half-wave 1A)
peak: P = U * I = 215V * 2,15A = 450W !!! (half-wave 225W)

- Is there any lower supply voltage ?
- Maybe it works in serial circuit with a lamp or valve ?
- The circuit is working internal with 15V (stabilized by a Zenerdiode)

Hello Everybody,
last weekend I repaired my old Coffee Machine.

The component damaged was the coil that stuff of coffe the brew group.

This component wasn't complety damaged but her value resistance is reduced, in fact when I try this connected along and directly at 220VAC it was seem work good, but so wasn't.

I want to thank all people that help me in this difficult repair.
