Royal Cappuccino - fill watertank problem

Dear all,

I have bought a Royal Capuccino recently. When I first switch on the machine,the screen keep asking me to 'fill watertank' even there is full water inside the tank. The magnet is floating means the sensor should be working,am I right? Can anyone of you help up on this problem. Thanks for your advice! Really appreciate it.

Hallo,

Test with an external magnet the function of the REED-relay. Does the relay switch ?? ..... Wasserstandsanzeige ... There were some problems with magnets that lost their magnetism. In the circuit the most critical part is the capacitor.
