Siemens EQ.6 Grinder doesn't stop working

Everything is working fine, but the grinder is always working (grinder starts to work immediately when I press power on button).
The machine doesn't show any error, it performs self-test when I turn it on, it heats the water and I can choose any option from the menu. Although the grinder works all the time, the machine will do the chosen option.

This is part where the grinder is connected.

I think that 11n65 turns the grinder on and off. I have found that it is damaged.
Has anybody have the schematics of this board:

Problem solved. Replace 11n65.
