SUP012R Water LED blinks

Dear All,
I have a problem with a Saeco SUP012R. The water LED blinks. In test mode all function is OK.
I changed the turbine with hall sensor also. In test the indicator led which shows the working of hall sensor is blinking.
But when I switch on the machine in normal mode ( not in test ) the water LED blinks.
Any idea?

It is advisable to drain the machine
before the first start, after a prolonged use or
whenever the water tank has been completely
emptied.
Furthermore, should temperature or water tank
warning lights blink, drain the machine.​

The machine is ready for use as soon as the​

temperature light is on.

Drainage​

Direct the steam/hot water dispensing tube
over the drip tray.
Place a cup or another suitable container under
the dispensing tube, then turn the steam/hot water
selection knob counterclockwise.
The pump automatically starts.
Wait until a regular water jet is obtained, then​

close the knob. The machine is now drained.

When the blinking in testmode works, but draining in normal operation doesn't, the water flow measured by the turbine is too low.

That has two possible reasons:
-The heater and/or tubing is clogged with limescale.
-The pump is worn, more exact the little plastic ball and the sealing around the plunger.

If the decalcifying was made regularly, it should be the pump.
The sealing should adhere tight around the plunger, and the ball must be thicker than 3,8mm. originally it has 4mm diameter.
