Guten abend. Ich spreche/schreibe schlecht deutsch. Ich mochte meine casus bitte in Englisch vorlegen und hoffentlich konnten Sie mich weiter helfen. Meine vorstellung:http://www.saeco-support-forum.de/username-stelle-dich-kurz/21938-jps2-niederlande.html
Um dir schneller bei deinen Problem zu helfen, bitten wir dich folgende Angaben zu machen:
- Mechanik- und Elektronikkenntnisse vorhanden ? >> ein bisschen
- Messgerät vorhanden ? >> Ja
- Genaue Bezeichnung der Maschine >> Incanto Sirius deluxe S-class (swarz/silbere)
Platine: P116_PWRv03
OK, here we go in English:
How it started
Because the Incanto Sirius was working ok, but leaking water I have opened it and cleaned everthing, especially behind the brewing group ('bruhgruppe'). I put everything in the right place again but when I switched on the power the big bang occurred . The "FI schalter" and "sicherung" from the kitchen group were switched off. I think it was caused by a short circuit in the Saeco, because of some water leaked from the boiler but it could be 'zufall'.
Anyway, when I opened the machine again I saw the Triac T8 had been exploded:
Next steps:
1) I googled and found this forum
2) I found the electric schemes, ordered the most usual components for the "spannungsstabilisierung" of the "getriebe motor", and replaced varisoren RV8, RV10, Triac T8, sicherung F4, Transistor T18 and Zenerdiode D8.
3) I hopefully switched on the machine, no big bang, but...... the "Bruhgruppe blockiert" message
Also, no normal sound from the bruhgruppe oder mahlwerk. Only a little noise, probably from the 'getriebemotor'.
4) I measured the motorconnector (still connected):
* power off, resistance: red/blue: 18.7 ohm yellow/yellow: 126.3 ohm
* power on, voltage during 'humming' motorsound: red/blue: 0V Yellow/yellow: 100V
So, not the expected values, but I am lost now and getting a bit frustrated. I hope you experts can help me so solve this issue. I really miss my daily good cup of coffee!!
