color lcs get lines after 2 days !!

After two days of working with the primea touch plus there was has a problem
The lcd monitor was turn on with just a halt of its power light, and its have a lot of thin lines of all the monitor
saeco in Israel said that they know this problem. And all machines of primea touch plus have this problem; they don’t have the spare part and will no ordering also. IT IS NOT UNDER WREENTY IN ISRAEL
saeco in Israel said to me that or the cpu card or/and the ac card is damage (i think the part number are 11000330 & 11000331 but i am not sure
IN ISRAEL THE POWER IS 220V
I think that if I will replace this unit and not leave the machine working all the time the problem will not come back

mayby can some one have an ide? how to fix it? or know this problem?

please i cant read germny so i dont know were is the anser or mails

my first question is: You have no warranty in Israel??? You wrote, your machine is to days old.
And your Saeco - trader can't get spareparts?

Your question is. Do we know the problem with the damaged display. I found a thread in this forum with the same problem.
The user demount his display and after remount it works properly.
Maybe you can do the same if you dare to do something.

Hi,
Here the translating in short form:
The user there only demount the display, clean it, and remount it. After the remounting process the display works properly. He can not say why, but ist works. Maybe you can do the same if you dare to do something.

If you have time, you can wait if our electronic specialists enter this forum. Maybe they can help you...

Hi,
you have not to clean the surface but the contacts inside the display. It's easy to open the machine but's not so easy to unmount the display. You have to be very carefull to do this. Have you any clue of electronics.

i want to open it to disconnect it and re isntall the connect and maybe it will help
but how to open it to get it out?
i need to open oll the case? or just from the front?

p.s. the lcd working and in color but very weak.
there a 1 m"m with whit line and 1 m"m good line in color and that way all the way down

Hi,
I think the contacts of the ribbon cabel have bad contacts. When you pull it out from the connectors and clean the contacts it will solve the problem.

it culd be haapend? at over the night it will sudenly get bad contacts

but still i dont know how to open it
and how can i know what is the ver? on the box its say new edition but i want to check it

and also i have chang the temp to hi but it is not hot ! there is a way to get into the service menu to change the temp?

Hi,
sorry for my late answer. I couldn't found pictures to show you, how to open the Primea.

How to get bad contacts. Often climatic distinction are responsible for bad contacts. Air humidity and the temperature difference into the case causes contact problems.

I've just looked into the servicemanuals.
You can get the service menu to change the temp when you push on your display in follow order:
top left, top right, bottom left, bottom right. You must push into 3 sec. after switch on the machine.
Then you are into the service menu.
But do not change the values of "regulation". You should only change the value of Cup middle (78°C).

sorry but the service manuals are only for internal use. This forum can get mutch problems with Saeco when we distribute manuals along so.

to my first isue
maybe it happend becuse this primea is 230v/50hz and in israel it is 220v/60hz
