Hallo Ano und den Rest im Forum,
habe endlich den Pickit 3.
Bräuchte allerdings ein Foto von der Platine
5213213691, weil beim Auslöten sich Leiterbahnen
gelöst haben.
Ein Bild ohne dem Pic 18lf252o i/so,
also das Platinenlayout von dem Controller.
Eine scharfe Aufnahme wäre ideal.

Hallo bin neu hier, und wie immer hat der neue ein Problem.

Hab hier viel gelesen, aber irgendwann mal auch nicht mehr vom Kontext nachvollzogen, aber egal hier mein Problem:

Hab eine DeLonghi ECAM 23.450.S deren Display von heute auf morgen nix mehr anzeigt Hintergrundbeleuchtung geht aber noch, funktionieren tut sie auch noch "bedingt" sprich sie macht noch Kaffee oder besser gesagt Espresso oder so was ka, man weiß ja nie wo man sich im Menü befindet.

Elektrisch scheint alles i.O. zu sein, meine Vermutung ist also entweder ist das LCD selbst kaut, was ich eigentlich nicht glaube oder der PIC16F916 hat ein Fehler, weil da ist ja auch der Displaytreiber drin. Ich lasse mich aber auch gerne eines Besseren belehren.

Der Fehler scheint aber recht häufig zu sein bei diesen Geräten, weil schon öfter gelesen -> Lösung war immer Tausch der Bedienplatine. Die 70€ wollte ich mir erst mal ersparen und bei den Kleinteilen anfangen. Und selbst wenn würde ich, wenn ich die neue bestelle die alte dann reparieren und hätte dann wieder mal ein Teil hier rumliegen das ich nie wieder brauchen werde.

Hab mir bereits ein neuen PIC16F916 bei Conrad bestellt, der kommt aber noch. EPROM&PIC Programmer + Lötstation Heißluft als auch IR alles vorhanden (Repariere ansonsten Notebooks, da braucht man so nen Kram + viel Kaffee)

So hab bereits ein Dump vom PIC16F916 und auch vom ATMLH122 welcher ein 24c256 zu sein scheint(kann mich aber auch täuschen) gezogen.Siehe Anhang.

So meine frage und Problem, hat vielleicht jemand zufälligerweise eine andere SW-Version für mich für den Fall das nicht der Chip sondern die Software ein weg hat.

I don't think that the software can be "damaged". For the power pcb's sometimes the "EEPROM Data" needs te be reset, but for the display pcb that part is not being used.
In the kaffee-welt forum some experiences are available on repairing displays, instead of replacing the whole pcb.

Can you please post the DeLonghi number of the pcb (55...), and maybe a picture of the pcb with the sticker mentioning the type of the SW version etc? Thanks!

So if you see, there is no sticker on the PCB.
From my research it is a : 5513215941 or a 5513220041

Did you have a link maybe ? There's a lot of trades if i search for "ECAM Display"
and the most of them are crap.

You could contact Stefan in that forum ( https://www.kaffee-welt.net/index.php/User/11-Stefan/?s=30e7b2c2f15d19da952805348a6d9221385136eb ), I think he does some DeLonghi display repairing.

It looks like the corner of BZ1 is burnt? Any idea what "BZ" stands for? I do not recognize this component.
Is a type number visible?

HeHe yes, i asking me the same but now i know that BZ1 stands for but its not the solutions,
I have burn the BUZZER myself by soldering with hot air at the EPROM U7 in uper left corner of the Buzzer.

Shitt!!! SOIC nicht SSOP Ungeplannte Mehrarbeit. Das wird wohl was dauern bis ich den da reingefidelt habe, aber auf eine neune zu warten dauert auch zwei wochen.
