Meleg fogadtatás.

ECAM.22.360.B géphez keresek firmware-t.
A panelen lévő számok: 5213219831 SW1.4

Segítségüket előre is köszönöm.

Legyen szep napod.

hali,

The S (silver) and B (Black) software are identical.
I suddenly found these, use the search field:

ECAM22.360S 5213215491-sw-1-0.zip

The sw version numbers are older (but I don't think this is a problem).

Hi guys! I have a 5232121200 sw 7.2 problem, can someone help me what to do to work? It’s going automatically playing on and off the machine and I don’t know the problem. Can anyone have the sw for it? Thanks a lot 🙏🏼

Can you make a dump of the Program Data of the PIC chip? If you can, it is of no use to ask for a dump here.
And if you would really need it: Forensuche ! ;-)
It has been posted already...

Hallo!

Vielen Dank.

Norbert

"Túl finom a daráló" hibaüzenetet kapom -----> Túl finom a őrölt anyag.

So the micro-processor is still working, that's good :)
Then please start to make a dump of the PIC (using a PicKit) and post it here. As it has not been posted here yet. Please also include some pictures of the pcb.
Thanks!

You see (screenshot) that's there's two parts of the memory:
- Program Data: that's the actual firmware
- EEPROM Data: that's where the machine stores the user data, number of cups etc.
What you need to do is erase the "EEPROM Data" (all FF FF etc.).
Then the machine has been reset to 'factory defaults'.
Easiest way:
- connect pcb to PicKit
- open PicKit program, you'll see everything is filled with FF FF etc, both Program Data and EEPROM Data, because you have not given any reading command
- now untick "enabled" under Program Data, but keep "EEPROM Data" enabled
- now click "Write", so now you're writing FF FF etc. to the EEPROM Data area.
That's it. You can always do a full read (now tick "enabled" for both areas) as a check to see if the program is still there and teh EEPROM Data is indeed empty.
When you switch on the machine now (in Italian), you have to tap water so that the machine knows it's filled.

So you did not need new software for your machine!
That's why I always ask "why do you need it" when someone requests a firmware dump ;-)

Many thanks. I tought that alarm
( grounds too fine bla bla) is caused by the software, because we ordered a brand new PCB and the problem was the same . So summary : software
factory reset with PICKIt with these settings that you write above. Thats now I understand this software method
Thanks for Your help!
Greetings

You didn't say that before...
Then the problem will definitely NOT be the software. Or do you think DeLonghi ships new machines with software that directly results in this error?
Actually "grinder too fine" means that the water flow that is measured is to low.
So this means there will be an obstruction somewhere (calcium in the heating element, debries in the infuser, clocked screen in the infuser etc.) or a defective flow meter.
Easiest check: 'borrow" an infuser unit from another machine and see if the problem is still there.

Sorry I didn't say that. So I checked and replaced almost everything: flow meter+ cable, PCB, the complett infuser, water pump, except Two pieces of solenoid Valve. Thats what I did whit this great machine. 😎😂
